    An analyst column reports US 6 GHz Wi-Fi use among Android speed-test users rose from 2% in Q1 2024 to 14% in Q1 2026. A vendor case study at a large music festival put 6 GHz at 48% of connections, up from 11% a year earlier, using AFC standard power and OpenRoaming.
